It's not really that fast, that's just what appears when you connect, that's just the speed on your LAN cable. Most likely your using a router/modem hooked up through your comp's network port/card, bandwidth being 100mbps. Such fast connections are available, but are very expensive... generally for large companies and stuff. I also doubt Yahoo offers such a fast service.
