I have an Incredible crisis on my hands. . .

alright, so that was a really bad pun but:
I downloaded [Playstation-NTSC-US] Incredible Crisis and its extension is .7z
theres a textfile that says to use CD Mate, but it looks as if CD Mate doesn't support .7z extensions. . . if someone could help me out that would be great!

You need 7-zip to extract the packet, then use CD Mate.
