    Alright here we go.
You can play these games on your PSX only if it's modded. If your PSX ain't modded you'll have to use the swap-trick or play this game by emulator on your PC.

Now in order to burn that game properly, simply open up the .cue file in Nero and burn away

Or it would be better to burn it with Alcohol 120% or CloneCD, since I believe that Nero doesn't burn the subdata, which is needed for copy protection (the game itself checks if the subdata is right)

    .ccd -
.img - Thats the game, or atleast the Image of it
.cue - That lets the burnering program know where to get all the data and how much of it to burn
    .sub - ???

.ccd - CloneCD information file with all kinds of info on the image

.img - The image file containing the actual data

.cue - Another information file, tells the names of other files needed

.sub - Subchannel data. This is the data that is 'hidden'. That means, the cd has a table containing information on in what position of the disk a specific data is. The position of this sub-data is not written in the table. When doing a normal copy, this data is usually ignored, because there is no reference for this. But the game checks this data. You can think of this as a copy protection data.
