I like that Idea.
You could do the gaming challange thread that Gospel made but for games like that. have like a GT2 race thread where you got to use a set car with set setting and try and get the fastest time.then you could take a screen shot and then post it. and if the winner at the end of the tournament gets a special sig sayin they are the king of that game and cant like an Adim give them another user title? and when they get knocked off the person how beats them gets all this stuff.

On games like GT2 you could save it at the very end of the race and then when you load up the save state you would be at the beginning of the replay.

I am also in full support of a Save State sub-forum, but shouldn't it go in the Emulation Section since it deals with emulation? Then you can either make subforums of that where people can then post their save states. You would have to require a certain formatting for the thread title like >>Game name (emulator or system)<< so people could easily search the forums for a specific game.
