Awesome man, I played DS for PC when it came out for like 2-3 years. It was an awesome game. Diablo good really. Got modded to death though, I actually helped that a bit. That was one game I actually could edit. XD

This one is pretty good so far, I'm really liking it (first Dungeon Siege game I've every played actually).

I might have to grab a walkthrough because it's been so long.
I must learn the way of the rom. I hate connecting all my systems to one tv. My room isn't big enough for all of 'em. I need 'em on my computer.

I bought Conker's Bad Fur Day Live and Reloaded for the Xbox. Same campaign, but multiplayer was badass.

Most TVs only let you plug in so many consoles. I got this one that I can have all my stuff plugged in: NES, SNES, N64, and PS2. Anything else I don't have I just find a rom, mostly GB, SNES, or NES games thus far. Haven't tried any other emus yet. Going to start playing Minish Cap soon though, from what I hear it's a great game.

Started a new game on Megaman Zero a while back. Also about to start a game of Vagrant Story. Other than that, still playing what was in my last post.

So as I was saying when the site decided to duplicate my post thirty times and then subsequently make them all disappear, I'm currently tackling Startropics once again.

I just got through the dungeon that had my stymied for weeks due to how incredibly poorly designed the combat is. The game has you playing as a character that moves like a tank, but all of the enemies not only move and fire incredibly fast, but can move diagonally unlike yourself. On top of that, enemies don't move or fire in any real pattern, meaning that you're going to get hit from time to time no matter how meticulously you approach any given situation. Factor in enemies that can do a couple of hearts worth of damage to you with each hit, and it all comes together to create an incredibly frustrating game.

It's not a total wash. The level-design is top-notch, and if they removed combat from the equation and made dungeons focused more on the already meaty puzzle aspect, it might be something good. However combat is a large part of the game and it sucks, so the overall package suffers for it.

While I'm having a bit of fun with it, I'm pressing on at this point merely because I spent five bucks to download it on the Virtual Console. My mind boggles at how well-liked this game is, when it features tons of flaws that other games would see themselves shunned as utter shit for. I vow to beat this game and then never play it again as long as I live and breathe.
