My compter keeps saving the soundtrack files to the temporary internet files folder without asking where I want them. Anyone know how to fix this?

In a P2P program? Just change the settings of where it saves them when the download is done.
No, here on emuparadise.
I just tried to d/l a song from EP and it pops up a window asking me where to save or to open. I use Firefox, what about you?
It does the same thing in IE and FireFox... I even set firefox to download all files to a certain folder, but it still goes to the cache.
Can you please give me the link to it?
In firefox, It tells where the file sources from. Just copy the FTP address and there ya go. Thats what I do.
Stole what I was going to say next.Originally posted by Winged 2.0

I'll try what Winged said...
Anyway, trying to d/l the Final Fantasy 7 soundtrack files.

uhhh.... It's giving me a 530 error saying the maximum number of clients are connected. I cancelled the first download (the one to the temp. folder) and it still gives me that error.
Also, when it opens up the D/L manager with the file, right click the file->properties.
Ok, I got that working... but it still goes to the temporary folder...
...Next idea. When it opens the file, does it open it in Windows Media player? I mean the actual program and not a plugin or something.
It opens in Winamp.
Set your associations to play on Windows Media Player.
