i see that all the files on there are hosted on FTPs. so if it says "file not found" or whatever, it can only mean that the people who are/were hosting the files have their computer turned off or they just stopped hosting the file

Did u tried with a FTP program, tested a couple of links with FlashFXP and it works here.
