Game Play
Morrowind (PC (boo Microsoft) Xbox) - My favorite game of all time. You are basically thrown on an island and you can do whatever the hell you want in this first person RPG. There is no other game that I've seen that gives you the freedom that morrowind does.
Trespasser (Jurassic Park) (PC) No one I know knows about this game but it is in my opinion the most innovative game I have ever laid my eyes on. It is the most realistic first person shooter I have seen. (Minus the cloned dinosaurs.) You can only carry 2 guns you can hold one, in your holster, and carry one in your hand. You pick up and drop guns just as in real life. You bend down reach out your hand and grab it. You can pick up stuff and through it in a real-time 3D environment. It came out around the time P2s came out. I was amazed that it supported 4-channel surround with EAX on my SBLive. I got to stop here otherwise I will write a book on it.
FF7 (PS1 PC) - I'm only on the first disk but that game clearly has the best story of any RPG of its kind.
Earthbound (SNES) - Twisted story, you would never know what would happen next.
Conker's Bad furday (N64) - It's like being in your own R rated movie. Its kind of like banjo kazooie without any annoying note collecting or cutesy stuff. It includes some saving private Ryan, and Matrix stuff.
DOOM (PC SNES PS1 N64 others?) - I still love this game. It plays nicely on even a 386. (Not like that matters now) I never had the pleasure to play it on a 286. Im not sure what is so appealing to me about this game. I love The MIDI. And the 256 colors have a classic doom look. I do like those OpenGL based launchers that run them in 32-bit color with smooth textures but nothing says hell like 256 colors.
007 Goldeneye (N64) awesome single player\multi player 1st person shooter
Graphics
Conkers Bad Furdday Incredible, it has the best graphics Ive seen on the N64. When I first got it I assumed that it required the enhancement pack. But then I later found out it doesnt even use it.
Super Mario kart (SNES) - Nice 3D graphics without using the FX chip
Super Mario brothers 3 (NES) - I definitely agree
DOOM (SNES) its cute to see a 3d game on the super nes
Sound
Super Smash Brothers Melee (GCN) this game cheats because it spices up all of your favorite Nintendo songs. It does have some original HAL songs in it though.
Chrono Cross (PS1) Best music Ive herd in a game, I bought that game after downloading the soundtrack from here.
Castle vania SOTN (PS1) Nice music
DOOM (PC) I love how he (Robert Prince) uses General MIDI. He has some nice hardcore stuff in there. Some of it sounds nice on a real distortion guitar.
Donkey Kong 64 DK Rap Baby. Cant get enough of it.
one of the best games of all times is final fantasy 2/4 i have more but i am to lazy to put them.
Final Fantasy VII (PSX)
Final Fantasy VIII (PSX)
MGS: Twin Snakes (GCN)
Mario Kart Double Dash!! (GCN)
Super Metroid (SNES)
Metroid Zer Mission (GBA)
Base Wars (NES)
Harvest Moon:Back to Nature (PSX)
Pokemon:Gold/Silver (GBC)
Soul Calibur II (GCN, because link is in it)
Smash Bros Melee (GCN)
I am wondering......has anyone though of just ONE all time best game? I guess it would be hard, considering there is just so many damn good ones......my list would be about a hundred games long, but this will do.

Too often, we lose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and b*tch-slap the f**ker upside the head...

The Legend of the Mystical Ninja: Starring Goemon
The other Goemon games were great (not that GBA one though), but this game is incredible.
Goemon's Great Adventure is a close second though, because of the excellent multiplayer.
