Yes it is full version, i've burn it and it works perfectly on my modded PS1.

Anyway at 16 Mb size you can d/l it yourself and you'll see

There are awesome compression you have there. Did u use Winrar or 7-zip to do it and which compression method do you choose? Does the game have any background music when playing in your modded ps1?
