So I decided to make Halo Anniversary Edition a birthday present from the wife, after I picked up Halo 2 and Sega Dreamcast Collection today. 3 games for my birthday, and they're ones I know I want.
C'mon Wednesday!
Want bargain bin hopping today and picked up a few games.
Dragon Age II
Valkyria Chronicles
Rage
Jak & Daxter HD Collection
I've heard great things about Valkyria Chronicles, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I haven't heard great things about Dragon Age II, but I kind of wanted a change of pace from the stuff that I've been playing. I'll probably hold off on that one for a "rainy day" (might even buy the strategy guide for it, since I've seen it cheap online).
Rage... one part it was cheap and I had a bunch of coupons for work that I needed to get rid of before they expired, and another part, I just love id software. I know this game wasn't extremely well received (critics seemed to love it, everyone else was kind of "meh"), but it looked like fun and has co-op missions, which will be nice when/if my buddy comes out to visit for Christmas like he usually does, since we're always struggling to find games to play.
Finally, Jak & Daxter collection... I read a few more reviews, figured "3 games for $20 is never a bad decision" and went from there.
There. You have all been rather explicitly updated with my purchasing habits. GOOD DAY
Paper Mario 3ds, recorded the first 15 minutes here :

Crysis 2, in the hopes it will make me finish the first one.
The Jak and Daxter trilogy thingy, never played em before but might as well give it a go.
Ratchet and Clank: All for One same as above.
Dead space 2, because Drag has made me believe again.
Oh and the first dlc for borderlands 2, being the only thing I paid for.
