I think I have heard Zorlon mention a way to do that. I'm not sure how, but it uses certain plugins I think.

Yeah I mentioned a few GB/SGB/GBC to GB/SGB/GBC emu's you can find the list here

I'll Edit this and add the N64 Emu when I get back aswell and how that works, I'm off out for now though

Note:- It was Del_Boy not me with the info for GB/SGB/GBC to N64, so all credit goes his way

    Edit:-

N64, well it's not so much the emu but more the plugin that you use and that's the N-Rage DirectInput8 Plugin
Note:- you can't use the GB Tower as it crashes the emu's but you can still use your GB/SGB/GBC carts and saves in the Pokemon Lab of the Pokemon Stadium games

Using PJ64 transfur Pak's from gameboy roms and saves

To set the emu to use that plugin
Download it and extract it to your N64 plugin folder then run the emu and goto Options then Settings.. then hit the Input (controller) plugin.. dropdown and select N-Rage's Direct-Input8 V2 1.82a

To set it up to use GB/SGB/GBC roms and saves
Options then Configure Controller Plugin.. then click on the Controller Pak tab then click on the drop down on that window and select Transfur Pak then make sure RawData is ticked to the left of the drop down, now you can browse to find your *.gb/*.gbc rom (works with sgb aswell) and you will also want to do the same for your *.sv/*.sav file, once it's all setup hit the Save button.

I was wanting to figure out how to do that too. Thanks Zorlon and Del_boy.
You two know the most about emulation, and I get you two confused when it comes to different requests like these.

The first Load rom... in the screen shot is for the first GB/SGB/GBC rom and the GB2 then Load rom... is for the second GB/SGB/GBC rom

    For TGB_Dual it has a GB1 Load and a GB2 Load

The games are already linked with both of those emu's so all you need to do is link up within the games.
