I can't make a new thread in Hang Out. Why?

I believe that you can post it in free-for-all and ask a mod to move it for you. I've seen it done before.

I wouldn't try that. I think the mods would get mad if people started making posts and then asking the mods to move them.

Actually, if it's Hangout Material, you know the spammy+entertaining stuff, it'll be moved there by one of the mods.

I did exactly that. ^ One thing about doing that though: I would be sure it is something creative, not something garbagey or pointless.
