Yeah sounds about right to me for PC Engine either iso+ogg or iso+mp3 in general but neither will keep the toc perfectly (I'll go more into that another time), you will also want to generate a cue sheet to go with those

A good place to grab pre made cue sheets at is http://necstasy.emunova.net/ but they seem to be down for now, hopfully only temp
    I understood none of that ^^;
This would be my first time attempting to do something like this so a step by step would be most helpful, if it's not too much trouble.

Default What are the types of roms

I was wondering if some one could tell me what the diff types of roms
and what the heck do they mean
    like
    game name (E)(M3)[b1].ect
and all the others (i dont want to list them all)

so I would apreciate it if someone told me or directed me somewhere
where I could figure it out.

    I can tell you that: (E), (U), (J) means PAL(E) NTSC(U) NTSC-J[JAP](J)
    [!] means it's a good dump, B1 I have no idea 'bout.

You can't rip original DreamCast games with your comp's CD/DVD drive, since original DreamCast games are on GD-Rom Discs.

There is a way to transfer the data from a DreamCast game to your computer, but it involves either using a coder's cable or broadband adapter, neither of which are easy to find now.

You can read more about it here:
    http://www.assemblergames.com/forums...p/t-10630.html

The best thing to do is to download scene releases, many of which can be found on our tracker or in the Upload Services/Zapr Sharesite forum:

Requesting an updated guide/tutorial for the download manager flashget for the latest version (1.84). I 'd liek to configure this client again so I can use it. The one on the main page is too old.

Or a configure guide for a different yet easy to use download manager. Thnx.

Grab Mameui it is easier to use you also need the current rom for the game aswell as the chd

not sure if the game is fully compatable or not yet, you are best off creating a new thread

    http://www.mameui.info/

mamui also has a built in audit system so should tell you if your chd/roms are in good order or if anything is missing

roms don't need to be extracted and should be kept in zip format and not renamed

like I said any more issues just post a new thread here with what you are getting stuck on
