I got an FTP
pm me for the ip and user/pass but only if you will upload. I will kick you if you don't. I have psx isos,N64,snes,and gba roms.
The view account is
192.168.1.106
user- view
pass- view
port-40
It'll be on whenever i'm home. right now i'm about to leave it'll be up again tommorrow

Yeah.
You can't use a 192.168 address. We need your external address. That's internal

I got my external ip 4.41.37.96
but how do I set it up I'm using Guild-FTP

I assume you have a router? If so, you'll need to do some port forwarding. You know what that is?

Yes I have forwarded port 20 to 41
and prts 20000-20008
Then put my ip adress next to it
