As with most lists of the sort, for the most part I agree with the selections... Though I have a hard time with with some of the choices, such as why two of Eminem's albums are in there

Yeah, I agree with Elin. I honestly don't think greatest hits albums should be included in such lists, though...

You're right there. Compilations of an artists greatest hits shouldn't be allowed in there.

Really? Must've missed one... Though that's even worse, I don't think the guy deserves even one album in there, to be honest, he's no more than tolerable even at his best, in my opinion.

Some good choices there i think. I dont really agree with Sgt. Peppers being number one. It shouldve been Magical Mystery Tour (although technically it is an EP)~

And Led Zeppelin IV at like number 45!?!?!

    Whats up with that?

so so dumb. eminem hasn't opened doors for great musicians like The Cure, Van Halen, Led Zepplin, THe Clash, Run DMC, and others have.

great albums should be from legendary musicians, not white trash rappers that are like 20 yrs old.

I rest my case as to why Rolling Stone should be renamed "Popwhore Magazine"

    19. Astral Weeks, Van Morrison

w00t! I was pleasantly surprised to see the boys of VM so high on the list.

Other than that, the list sucks. I can only assume that it was put together by the editors of Rolling Stone, correct? Those guys wouldn't know good music if it bit there collective "white-trash rapper loving" face off.

Anyway, Zeppelin and The Beatles are good to have on there, Nirvana should not have been that high, Metallica should have been higher but at least they recognised Master of Puppets as their best, where is King Crimson and King's X?, and why no progressive or death metal? I bet not a single one of the editors has even heard of Dream Theatre.

    110. The Bends, Radiohead

This is the other thing they got right. That is where I would have placed it in the overall scheme.
