Looking For Download-Management PHP Script

Hi everybody I'm lookin for a PHP script that manages downloads. I would prefer to have: categories, sub-categories, thumbnails, user setup (so other ppl can add downloads), anti-leech protection, file descriptions, download counter, e-mail to friend, report broken link, etc. Please let it be FREE, unless you're willing to upload me a copy of it.

you take 2 and 2 so i got some code from phpnuke and that who that manager was born, now i have to revise it so that it allows users to submit screenshots and it takes stats.. You can use it on your server with your own name + desing & whatever else. Also could use some mirrors

the only thing that i want really thats not in paFileDB is sub-categories in sub-categories

Are you running any forums on your site? For some of the big forums like phpBB and Invision people have released mods to enable download managers. Check out http://www.phpbbhacks.com or http://mods.ibplanet.com/.
