    It doesn't work like it would for the PSX. You need to modify the system into thinking the door is always closed, then you can use the Swap Magic disk as you would on the older model PS2's.

    So the "Straw/Tape" modification on the PStwo should work then?

    I'm not too sure, to tell the truth. I think it's a bit more complicated then that, but it essentially amounts to the same thing.

    Exactly how fast are you supposed to switch the discs? Because I tried to do it with my freshly burnt Legend of Legaia and I guess I wasn't doing it fast enough, so I need to know how quick to switch. Thanks in advance.

    Not so fast, the timing is everything.

    I would say around 2 seconds. I wouldn't wait any when doing the swap. Try to do it as quickly as possible, but dont' do it carelessly or you could damage your disk or even worse your console.

    Just a quick idea... how about a video of the process? I know a video would help beginners learn how to do it more easily, and efficiently as not to damage their system or their game.

    But if this idea is stupid, just let me know.

    The idea isn't dumb. It's just actually getting to a decent filesize while still maintaining good quality. There is also the factor of webspace.

    XVID + Torrent = Win.
    If I only had a video camera. I could take 60 seconds of cheap-ass video on my digi cam though.
    Let's see how good it can be...

    Edit->Shitty.

    I have a problem. I can get it to the black screen, then I switch as fast as I can, but after about 5 seconds the burned game justs stops spinning. Am I not doing it fast enough or is it something else?

    That's odd. It usually changes the instant I put the disk in. Does the disk work in ePSXe?
