    Default Well, shitpiss****.

Wow. I just got the worst news I've gotten in a long, long time.
One of the dishwashers where I work (Long Lake Chateau. It's a retirement home) was murdered this morning. Her name was Denise. I won't give out her last name as it'll make finding out about her too easy, and I hope for her and her family to have some privacy.

Needless to say, this came as a bit of a shock to me. I'm going to be signing out of the boards for a few days, just to sort of recooperate and all that. Denise was a pretty close friend of mine; we talked a lot and everything, joked around on the job. She was a very cool person.

Yeah. I'm going to go. I'll see you guys in a few days.

I can't really say that I've ever lost a friend like that, but a person who I knew in my school died in a car accident. He was older than I, and in one of my classes. I don't think anyone who knew him will ever be the same. Good luck though.

Wow, I'm speechless and I didn't even know her. Just... that's the worst thing I've heard in a long time. You think you're so far away from it, it's always something you hear about in the media, but you can't really know what it's like until it happens to someone you know.

I can't even begin to imagine what her family is going through. I also hope you're doing okay. Take all the time you need to reduce stress for yourself for the next little while, no one here will be offended.

I hope they find the culprit; one less person out in the world to commit such a crime again.

I know how you are feeling. I also had a friend that died in a car accident just last week. It is a very troubling feeling. I can feel happy for him though because he was a good Christian, and I know I will get to see him again some day.

Turns out it was her husband's best friend. :\
Her husband found out rather quickly when the guy confessed to him. He cut her from ear-to-ear and slit her throat with a standard butcher's knife. Like something out of a horror movie.

    Really ****ing shitty.
