Default How many here have a job, and what do you do?

We needed another poll. Just because; don't ask me why.

How many people who come here have a job? And of those that do, what job do you have?

I'm a foodserver at an old folk's home. It's easy, but the people there frighten me. Smell like cabbage and rotten eggs.

    Haven't got a job, I'm 15.
Though I will be doing work experience sometime next year, I think it's in May. I still have no idea of what to do, whatever job I choose for work experience, they'll just have me making them tea and coffee anyway.

I am a phone salesman, which is...interesting. Unfortunately, being a salesman of sorts comes with its problems - the main one is that people seem to be under this construed misconception that you are constantly trying to con them into purchasing something they dont necessarily need. Not only that, but should something go wrong with their shiny new purchase, then it is immedietly the salespersons fault, not that of the cell phone manufacturer. Which is where the fun, and my apparent lack of patience for people, kick in.

The money is f***ing nice though, considering im on a 15 hour contract (in an average week you can probably stick another 10 hours onto that, however) I earn around 800 pounds a month.
    Touch my twat.

Nice job clive, I wouldnt mind a job like that because I think I would find some ignorant people quite funny to talk to. Its not as though they can get up and beat you to the floor over the phone!

and I do not have a job my own fault for being so lazy!

No, Im not a telesales person (ie one who tries to sell things over the telephone) but a Mobile Phone salesman - you live in the UK dont you? Well, I work in an Orange Shop. You'll probably have one nearby. Thats me, that is.
