Default what have you read recently?

ok since we prolly won't have a book forum here's a topic where we can discuss what we have recently read, what we are currently reading, what we want to read in the future and share comments about literature

    but:

    NO spam
    NO flamming
    and NO one word posts....

    well let this thread begin....

Well, I just (not more then half an hour ago) read
    Daredevil Visionaries: Frank Miller
Volume 2. One of the better Daredevil stories ever told, it has Daredevil going up agains the Kingpin, Bullseye and his old college flame Electra. It's a great story, and everyone should read it once.
Before that I read the last two issues of Shonen Jump and before that I read Insomnia by Stephen King again.

Right now I'm halfway through LotR: Return of the King.

The book I read before that was Farhenheight (spelled wrong) 451. One of the best books I've ever read, right up there with Lord of the Rings. It makes you think.

Hmm. I'm still (yes, still!) on Book 4 of the Wheel of Time... Ever since I got a computer in my room, I've been reading at a rate of about ten pages a week :eyeball:

Oh, jeez... what have I read recently?

The Last Dragonlord - Joanne Bertin
Dragon & Pheonix - Joanne Bertin
Secret Life of Laszlo, Count Dracula
Wheel of Time #1-9 - Robert Jordan
    Bram Stoker's Dracula
    Frankenstein - Mary Shelley
The Thousand Orcs - RA Salvatore

Hmm... that's all that comes to mind, at the moment. I'm currently reading nothing, as I've read through all of my novels countless times. Perhaps I'll read The Gilded Chain by Dave Duncan once more... one of my favorite novels, 'tis.

That book is super confusing Lets see, I'm currently reading the sixth book of the Left Behind series. The book before was Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, took me 10hours. Its not that great of a book, but the series is addictive.

I just read 'A Big Boy Did it and Ran Away' by Christopher Brookmyre, a Scottish satirist... At the moment I'm rereading Stephen King's 'the Stand', it's a favourite of mine...

I'm currently awaiting Crossroads of Twilight to come out in paperback so I can buy it. I don't buy hardcovers save for one novel that I was waiting forever for entitled "Mortalis" by RA Salvatore.
