Ok a few things. First, i think the Game Cube is much, much better then the PS2 but that is my opinion. Secondly, I didn't really like Timesplitters (too much Perfect Dark) but it did have nice graphics. Unfortunately i dont know if there will be another Timesplitters.

That is far from true. I am currently writing an article for Emuparadise concerning the recent system wars. There, you will learn the facts. Here is a preview.

The PS2 is the most balanced of the three. Nintendo has little third party support, so unless you are willing to play new versions of old games, like Waverace, or stick to the new Zelda, your out of luck. The only original series Gamecube will get is Resident Evil. The PS2 just got the addition of a 40gig harddrive. Gamecube has no hard drive. The only area it beats PS2 in is speed. And not by much. X-box towers over both in speed with 733mhz. Myamoto, of Nintendo, is totally relying on diehard fans to buy this. He knows he has a mediocre console. He is marketing it to the younger generation for a reason. Money. Nintendo is a household name now. And its cheaper, and around Christmas time, the parents wallets talk big. That is Nintendo' plan. The Gamecube is hardly superior though. They haven't even set up on-line play yet and PS2 is ready to go. Their server is up and you can start playing THPS3 right now online!

i agree with magus. though i myself have an xbox i believe ps2 is ultimately a better system than gamecube. the new 40 gig hard drive and online capibilites will be better than gamecube or xbox could hope for. and even though gamecube will eventually support broadband i doubt it will ever have a hard drive, were as xbox has one and most likely it will be upgradable as ps2 is. <IMG SRC="smilies/yelartist.gif" border="0">
