Well what did everyone get? I got a PS2 with a crap-load of games. Metal Gear Solid 2, Devil May Cry, SSX, and Madden 2002 for my dad. I also finally got Chrono Cross. Just in time for FFX. Hopefully I can beat it before I get FFX.

If anyone was wondering, Devil May Cry is everything it was promised to be and more. It's an amazing game. Tons of manuevers, double pistols and a huge sword, cool camera angles, Resident Evil-like music, and demons. It's so fast pace. Same with Metal Gear Solid 2. It is in fact a one-disc game, but still very large. Familiar controls from the first one, excellent gfx, smooth voice-overs, and an eerie multi-dimensional plot developement. Go get both of them now!

I got Wario Land 4 for my GBA, Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds for PC and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 for my PSX emulator (it works perfectly on ePSXe for those of you who are wondering). And I also got a Hi-Fi.

Magus: I have a Duron 900mhz, 128mb RAM and a TNT2 graphics card. The plugins I'm using are Pete's OpenGL 1.55, Iori's Direct Sound 1.4 and ePSXe CD-R ASPI core 1.4.0. What's wrong with the THPS3 on your PC? If it's graphical glitches, try pressing the 'nice' button and changing the resolution/colour depth and turning on alpha multipass, mask bit and advance blending. Also turn on unfiltered framebuffer updates and colour dithering.

Aidan: Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds uses the AOE2 engine and it's by Lucasarts and Activision. It's a really good game, so if you like AOE you'll love it.
