Free Video Editing Softwar 100% free

Hey Everyone was wondering if any of you guys or gals know of any Windows free Video Editing Software, i downloaded Windows Movie Moker bcuz my dumb PC didnt have it and i noticed it was only a trail version and that annoys the hell out of me.

My question is if you people can help me find some actual 100% free video editing software for my PC, i want some that dont require payment or either having a product key, just ones that are free and easy to use and that having many different editing material. If anyone can kindly help me out here i'd appreciate it a LOT!!!

Isn't Virtualdub the free program that everyone uses? I think it is:

I realise you asked about editing software, but if you want/need a good transcoder use HandBrake.
