SOAPatcher v3.01

does anyone still have this handy(SOAPatcher v3.01)?
an upload of Skies Of Arcadia(usa)echelon WITHOUT the intro would be even better yet.the other uploads of SOA on this site freezes randomly for me
(climbing onto ladders,opening treasure chest,etc) any help is greatly needed

Skies of Arcadia echelon with or without the intro is a horrible version to play as it extracts on the fly and has horrible load times and stutter during play

There is a port of the game for GameCube though that may emulate better (use Dolphin a Wii/GC emu) or if you insist then grab the GD-Rom dump GDI instead of a RIP usually CDI though the games emulation may be at fault

Dreamcast Emulators of worth are

Retroarch [Reicast core] the most recently developed DC emu
Demul Out of date emulator of the older ones it is the more accurate with a higher compat (Far from perfect though but better than NullDC but needs a higher end machine compared with NullDC)
NullDC Out of date emulator of the older ones though it is the fastest

Dreamcast emulation is one of the higher end emulated machines

Personally I prefer the real thing anyway though
