Help with Universal Pokemon Game Randomizer (PLATINUM)

Hello everyone

I have just find out there's a way to completly modify your game experience by adding all pokemons from the start and or different or random starters by using the universal pokemon game randomizer. That's got to be fun I said. Especially when you can evolve machop or kadabra without trading it!!

Thing is it won't let me randomize the ROM I have for pokemon platinum (I'm using 3541 - Pokemon Platinum Version (US)(XenoPhobia)) on a DESMUME
It says "could not load is not a supported rom"
but the official site says it's universal http://pokehacks.dabomstew.com/randomizer/index.php "It's universal. Every main series Pokemon game released in the US is supported, from Red to Black2 and everything in between."

Is there someone that is using it and managed to have it working correctly?

I tried already:
1)Change file to .7z to .nds.
2)Update java
3)Try with a different rom (The EU version)

And it works with pokemon black for example,

Do not rename archive extensions. Use 7zip to extract the game from the archive.

Lol that was so dumb, I always played with the 7zip file and everything was just fine! Now universal pokemon randomizer etc is working, at least it seems! Thank you !
