Exclamation File for Tales of Phantasia incomplete

The the download link address below is for Tales of Phantasia PS1, but only includes a CUE and ECM file, but does not include a bin file, which means that it isn't playable upon download and extraction. If I am missing something please let me know.

Download the ecm tools and then follow the "Dealing with ecm files" guide below:

I just figured that out by researching how to use CUE files and have already downloaded the ecm tools and successfully decompressed the file. All other roms I have downloaded in the past always had a bin file so I never had to decompress the ecm files before. Thank you for the response, though.
