after reading reviews that at some point or the other accused my favourite british bands being compared to radiohead,i decided to finally try out this band that britishers seemingly stuff their ears so full of,that the sound lingers on every time they listen to something else.so i finally bought:
radiohead~ok computer
radiohead~kid a
if ok computer is genius.then kid a is beyond the coventional genius.
i also bought:
fugazi~13 songs
travis~12 memories

Currently listening to:
Isis ~ Panopticon [9/10]
The Walkmen ~ Bows & Arrows [8.5/10]
The Shins ~ Oh, Inverted World
Explosions In The Sky ~ How Strange, Innocence
Caribou ~ The Milk of Human Kindness
Jhann Jhannsson ~ Virulegu Forsetar

Uhh, Awake would be a popular choice, that or Train Of Thought.

I also bought Fear Factory - Archetype, I'm on track 5, and I'm severely disappointed. Generic Fear Factory with a shitter guitarist. Hopefully it'll grow on me...

I'd go with Awake. Train Of Thought was a bit of a disappointment for me; while the songs themselves were decent, I just don't like the way their music is going. I prefer the old DT.

Darn tooten. Like the rapping in This Dying Soul, or all of As I Am. In The Name Of God is one of my favourites though...

Yeh, In The Name Of God is decent, Endless Sacrifice wasn't too bad either, a bit weak though, I think. I think Honor Thy Father is my favourite, despite the short rapping part.
I'd say it's an album to buy only if you want to complete a collection.

Good to have you back, Johnny, you staying about for a while?

Yeah, we were in the process of getting it back on and it was taking ages, so I bought a few prepaid hours to tide me over until then .

Sorry about steering off topic (what are you gonna do, get the mod?) guys, but this is a great time to announce my BC Rich Beast and Laney 240W Quad that I bought whilst away...

Nice. I've also recently got a new guitar, an Ibanez GRG 170DX. Plays well, not too expensive.

Today I bought:

System of a Down (self-titled)
Queensryche - Operation: Mindcrime

I've actually bought far too many CDs recently... I had about 100 a few weeks ago, now I have about 25 left.

Vrooooom, I think I may get Awake next, or a Change of Seasons.

Anyways, today I bought Bloodhound Gang - Hooray for Boobies. Stupid, immature but cheap.

Avril Lavigne - Under My SKin
Slipknot - The Subliminal Verses (Vol. 3)
Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory EP

The last one just arrived, which is why I'm posting it. I love all of these CDs. And yes, that is Avril Lavigne. I love Avril Lavigne. Now, don't give me any of that teeny-popper pop-shit, 'cause I don't care. I'll listen to whatever music I like.

Now, that being said, I'm going to go masticate. =P

Because I've always been a big Linkin Park fan. I started listening to them about two weeks before Hybrid Theory was released. And it's got a lot of really great tracks on it; and it'll be worth a lot of money eventually. =P

Anyways, I just bought:

Pretty Girls Make Graves - The New Romance
Pretty Girls Make Graves - Good Health
Muse - Absolution
Out of Your Mouth - Draghdad

And I'm going to look for some Jack Off Jill tomorrow. Should be a blast. Anyways, reasons for buying these ones are: I love the bands. =P I've been meaning to pick up Pretty Girls Make Graves for a while, so I'm glad I finally got around to doing that. I heard a few things by Muse on the radio and I loved them, so I figured I'd pick that up as well. And I absolutedly loved the Music cover by Out of Your Mouth, and since they're from Canada, they have to rule.
