No, I still do not have Train of Thought. I know, I'm sure Johnny and most other DT fans picked it up upon its release, but I have only had cash to spend on books recently.

I guess this would go here...

I got John Petrucci's Rock Discipline DVD yesterday at some music show at the Birmingham NEC. I only had to pay 1 to go there since i was one of those chosen to go with the school. There were guitars everywhere, and you're allowed to try out all of them.

I just bought Thursday's "War All The Time". It's pretty good. I heard not as good as Full Collapse, so I can't wait to pick that one up

I got the first Slipknot CD a week or so ago... does that count?
I know, I don't buy a lot of CDs; I want to, but the moment I buy something and start listening I'll figure out that hey... it's not as good as I thought it was.

This Christmas, I plan on buying a bunch of CDs.

I got Iron Maiden - Seventh Son of a Seventh Son two days ago. I've been so busy that I haven't even listened to it yet! I must do so now...

I bought 2 CDs the other day, and they were both cheap, so I was pretty fucking happy with myself.

Dream Theater - Live Scenes From New York
    Opeth - Deliverence

My friend, Magus, gave me a copy of change of seasons and i have fallen in love with Dream Theater. And he recommended me opeth. SO i bought the one i could find. Live Scenes is wonderful. I wish i would have known about DT sooner.
