I noticed Fusion runs at this CPU usage and my fan keeps spinning?
    Is this normal?

Well Fusion is fairly old and do require quite a bit of processing power (like full single core usage). But there is an option to lower it's power consumption and I believe without any penalties. Go to "Options" and check "Sleep While Waiting". Unfortunately if that will not help then you might want to use something different like Mednafen or Retroarch.

    Ohh!! Thank you very much!
    You were very helpful brother.
That helped me. Now it takes only 2 % of CPU usage instead of 25 %..

But does that option cause games to crash or it is OK?

The problem is not solved yet.
Although the CPU usage is 9%, the fan still spins every time I play Fusion.
    What is going on?

Fusion is old and outdated along with being closed source, the author abandoning it....no point in even using it.

The best Emulator for what Fusion runs is Genesis Plus GX via Retroarch, it runs perfectly and does not crash/freeze like Fusion does often.
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

    Hell!
    Thank you. Problem solved.
I use Retroarch and it is OK now.

    One last question.
Does it run psx? and is it better than ePSXe?

    Good man.

    Yes and Yes.

Mednafen PSX core on Win/Mac/Linux and PCSX ReARMed on ARM hardware like mobile and single board PCB PCs like the Pi.

What about SNES is it also better to use it with Retroarch?

You have many Cores to choose from, a whole bunch of SNES ones like BSNES Mercury and SNES9x, I suggest BSNES Mercury Balanced or Performance.

If you have issues setting it up make a help thread and il try to give you a hand, its pretty easy once its set up and no need to constantly screw with options to fix a game.

Right, you need to still rely on PCSX2 and the new PS2 emulator Play! for that.

    Hello again.
Can I configure a joypad control for every console within RetroArch?
There are some games for Sega Master System that says "Pull the trigger to start".
