What are you using to extract?
The archive could of been corrupted during download, I suggest getting it again and using the latest 7zip to extract.
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

The download probably came corrupted. Delete the corrupted one and download it again in case if it comes corrupted. And try extracting it with a different tool.
