More than likely an emulation bug. If so, I don't know how to fix it. What are your specs?

I would recommend updating ppsspp. Go to http://www.ppsspp.org/downloads.html and scroll down until you see where it says automated ppsspp builds, then grab the one from the top of that list. Extract that to a new folder then copy the "memstick" folder from the old ppsspp folder to the new one(this will let you keep your save files) and after that try loading the game up again with the new version of ppsspp and try to play through the prologue again. Oh and don't use save states if you are, as they can cause bugs sometimes.
The Problem still persist.I downloaded the Automated ppsspp builds and it didn't need extraction as it is an .apk so i directly installed it on my phone.I checked for "memstick" but there isn't any folder by that name.

Oh, i'm not really that familiar with the android version of the emulator hmmn. It might store its save files differently from the regular version. I'd suggest trying to run the game on your pc, you can find builds for windows in the same spot, or if you have mac or linux those are just a little bit further up on the page.
