You'd probably have no trouble running anything up until the Dreamcast, then you might start having problems with things like GC, PS2, etc. especially considering you have an AMD processor.
Emulation doesn't really require more than 2 cores and 2GB of RAM usually.

It looks like you have a graphics chipset rather than a GPU. A GPU would have it's own RAM where a chipset shares the 2GB RAM with your CPU, which is very limiting for graphically intensive apps. I'm not sure what your power supply can handle but you might want to look into more RAM and a Graphics card, if you have a PCI expansion slot free.

I agree with Cammygirl192 and I would add that you probably won't be able to run PSP or Nintendo DS emulation at full speed. With a Graphics card and the right configuration you might be able to get *some* PS2/Gamecube games to run at playable frame rates.

    Be afraid. Be very afraid.

You might be surprised as to what PPSSPP can run on, all I can say is give it a shot with various games and see how it fares. (Peace Walker is one of the most intensive PSP games)

It runs fantastic on my laptop and its a real junker, other guys hae bee surprised too when they thought it wouldn't run either.
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.
