    Default How do I get the audio from the Pokemon games?

    I recently downloaded ISOs of the following Pokemon games:

    Pokemon Channel
    Pokemon Colosseum
    Pokemon XD Gale Of Darkness

    How do I get the audio files from them and convert them to either WAV or MP3?
    My dad and I have been doing research all day on how to do it, only to encounter dead ends everywhere we looked!

    Is there any easy way of doing it?
