    Default How is this for an emulation tablet?

    I wanted a cheap one with hdmi out.

    Using a tablet as an emulation machine is probably not the best way to go.

    That being said that tablet shouldn't have trouble running what's out there for Android in terms of emulation. Please note that Gamecube/PS2 emulators are still in early stages and won't play anything at playable speeds (if at all) pretty much upto psp and Dreamcast.

    That Tab looks ok but look for a model with 2gb of ram instead of 1gb. Android eats up alot of that first gb.

    Also keep in mind certain games won't run as well as others.

    For example God of War won't run as smooth as say FF Tactics (of which there's an Android port of anyways) on a PSP emulator. That's just an example though - GoW should be playble.

    Another reason not too is to do with the power use

    Tablets don't have separate TV out and Power out in general if you have it hooked to a TV at the same time as playing via a wireless controller the power is drained rather quickly with no real way to keep that charged

    And the higher the spec the less time the battery has
