    downloaded snes9x


    app won't run, missing d3dx9_38.dll

    downloaded d3dx9_38.dll

    need 2 know where to place d3dx to make snes9x work

    you can put it in the folder with snes9x.exe

    don't just copy that over save yourself future issues and just install

    d3dx9_38.dll is just part of the above that is part of the older Direct X drivers installing that above that is Direct X 9.0C fixes missing dll files in a few emulators even for systems running Direct X 10 or 11 or whatever we are up to now
