Default Straightforward Tutorial on ISO Compilation- Is there one?

I've been trying to get my hands on an ISO of New Super Mario Bros Wii (having owned the game in the past, I remember it being fun and want to give it another go).
The download available on this site is a collection of files that must somehow be compiled. This isn't the only game either; quite a few of the ISO's hosted on here require some assembly.
The only problem is that I can't find one single straightforward tutorial on the compilation process. I've been all over the place searching for documentation, but my results have been fruitless.
How do I combine these files?

    Thanks for your help!

If you've downloaded Ragnar's files, check his newbie guide out:

My FAQ try's to explain a bunch of stuff instead of plainly telling you what to do. This guide here is honestly better:

*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here
