Talk about ANY Fallout game. Lady Killer/Femme Fatale is always more effective as a female since there are more men in the game. Plus there are the great names: Mother Fuck, Murderess, etc. And in Fallout 4 there is a mod called Spartan Sniper that lets you wear 3 specific pieces of clothing with either Spartan pants or a vault suit/vanilla outfit for extra dense, sheilded, asbestos lined... and these clothes do not work right at all on a male character. Not sure when the consoles get mods for this, but I hope some of them work right for you guys because they are pretty badass.

I had a think about it and I'm pretty sure my NV survival speedrun was a female build, I think I used the black widow perk to kill Benny. That character was setup for dialogue options and speech success over anything else so I could run through the whole game quickly avoiding combat to clean up the last trophy I needed.

I'm happy enough using what gear I have atm with a male build in Fallout 4, the only trophy that required some work was the settlement happiness one and I don't recall reading anything anywhere about a female build making any difference for that.

been a while since I last played played those two didn't get very far into either as they both(portrait of ruin more so) ran like crap on the ds emu I was using at the time.
