You do realize how old and out of date Gens is right?
If you want way better emulators try Genesis Plus GX (Best and most accurate) and Picodrive in Retroarch, blows Kega Fusion away.

i used for 10 years never had problem i think something in background making it glitch but idk what i will try Genesis Plus GX

The only way to run Genesis Plus GX in windows/Linux is via Retroarch or the inferior bizhawk/openemu.
