Default Downloaded an ISO but it downloaded as a 7Z

I downloaded a ROM and ISO from this site and both downloaded as .7z files. I thought that might be shorthand for 7zip or something, but it's not unpackable. I'm not sure what I should do. Here's what it looks like in my files: http://i.imgur.com/0H1OU1E.png

    Any help would be great!

Right click on the file, open with, choose default, look for the 7zip exe that you installed and there ya go or

open 7zip, tools, options , and set the association with 7zip files.
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

Try using the latest beta version of 7zip to extract it.
    http://www.7-zip.org/
15.06 beta (top right of that page).

If it still won't extract then your download might have been interrupted (and the archive is corrupt).

    Spoiler warning:
