Your RAR file also has a compressed file, 7z(like ZIP). You need to UNZIP IT and see what you get. If there is a .bin.ecm file, then use PAKKISO or UN ECM TOOL. But if you don't see any ".ecm" files...

With an apk, you need to run it with Installer, it should work without issue if you enable 3rd party permissions under settings. Did you download off SlideMe and what phone do you have?

Hey, you should switch to FPSE, it's a much better emulator. I haven't played a 2 disc game on my Android yet, however when it asks you to load the new game, you load the .bin file and it should work...
