Just about to grab a download of Grand Theft Auto and noticed (EDC) in the title of one of them and (No EDC) in the other. Have not seen that abbreviation used before.
What is EDC?

That would explain it then as it was always the same IP that could not be found. I guess some of the other console downloads are on separate servers or drives as some of them were working.
