OK, I have the DLL in System32 and when I open PSXFin, it asks what Language I want and I choose english, then I click "ok" and it says: "Failed to Initialize D3D" then it asks me if I want a crash...

When I open the first .bin file that was in the first rar, it speeds up majorly. Like the music is alot faster, and it runs alot quicker. Also it might be just because of turbo, but when I press "up"...
