I suggest as always that you use RetroArch for your PSX needs, pSXfin is long dead and a waste of time to use.

I snagged a bitchen controller at walmarts electronics section clearance, its a PowerA brand Xbone controller.

It has a great Dpad unlike the official one, oh and this controller...

If you still require help you need to hit F1 then scroll to where it says Disc Control , it should be self explanatory from there. :)
