I'm just happy it's updating my recently played tracks. It will piss me off if they lose a fuckload of submitted tracks like a few months ago, however....

I think you're not supposed to submit any tracks until you sync iTunes with your iPod and the play counts are sent. So make sure you don't listen to anything on your comp before syncing your iPod.

Oh, I also realized that it won't update everything if you're frequently skipping/changing songs. I think you have to play a song a certain amount of time or have it finish(if shorter than that time)...

I had the same problem that it wouldn't update, just be sure to check "Force attempt" in the options window. It fixed things up for me. They're implementing a feature that lets you view your history...
