That Echelon intro wrecks alot of DC Games. Causing skipping, frezzing, etc.

Actually you can use CDRwin to make a selfbooting DC games, but not to backup an already selfbooting DC image

Most burning programs these days can make an image of a backed up dreamcast game, try Alcohol 120%

just burn it, it should work as long as it's bin + cue format. If it's just an iso then that may be a problem for a PS1 game
