Razor Game Booster W/ Dolphin emulator cut scene speed up.

So I watched a video where this kid used Razor Game Booster to remove the FPS lag from his games while he was using Delphine emulator. It works very well in removing the FPS lag and the only problem I have is with audio lag, which on a side not if anyone has any audio fixes for Dolphine Emulator they would be greatly appreciated. The only problem I am running into is it has actually sped up the cut scenes slightly. It isn't a large speed up but it is enough that you can notice it and makes it a slight annoyance. If anyone has any fixes for this I would appreciate this very much.
