Problems with Website

Hello,

I was wondering if you all can help me with a website issue.

I'm taking an online college course an use tutor.com.
One of the services available is the ability to use an online White Board that works very similar to Microsoft Paint.
Tutors and students can both write on the board to explain math problems.

But the whiteboard suddenly stopped working and all I get now is the text boxes.

I'm sure I may have to just tweak something or click on a simple setting.

I tried reaching out to Tutor.com's tech support but they don't seem to know how to fix the problem.

I've attached two snap shots to show what I'm talking about.
One shows how it supposed to look like and the other shows how mine looks like.

if it helps I'm working on an ASUS T100 Transformer Notebook/Tablet with a quad core Intel Atom 1.33 GHz Processor on a 32-bit Windows 10 OS.

Please help.
