You probably had a problem extracting the image file, if Winrar is associated with iso files, it will extract it too leaving you with all those folders and files you mentioned. Go to Winrar, Options, Settings, Integration tab, make sure iso files are not associated and accept. Now try to extract again, you should get your image file.
Actually, it was there. I just thought it was an archive.
