Looking for name of music video

Hi, I am trying to remember the name of a music video that I forgot. I have tried searching Google and other sites many times but I can't find it. Here is a description:

- was released sometime around 2003 to 2007
- around 3 mins long
- has a neatly dressed young woman walking energetically in a street and going up to lampposts to swing around them (looking like a pole dancer) for the entire music video
- in one part she is continuously swinging around a pole for a while and the music is instrumental
- she is doing this by herself in public with the public taking no notice of what she is doing
- the camera pans in the direction wherever she walks
- the music is rather catchy and upbeat, a combination of pop/dance/urban
- has singing by a man with an electronic enhanced voice and rhythmic lyrics
- he is singing about how "fine" the woman is
- similar to Kylie Minogue - come into my world
