A Microsoft Xbox
Preferably Modded in some way, either a mod chip or a software mod, either works great. (Softmod is possibly the better option)
A Softmodded xbox can be an all in one media centre and included a whole host of features, music and video player, xbox games (doh) emulators of various systems including PSX and N64 to arcade systems like MAME and CPS3 aswell as ports like DooM and Quake other engines like SCUMMVM aswell as tons of other homebrew
There are no playable Xbox emulators for PC though or for any other OS
